Amazing Customer Service

Sweet Treat Lingerie strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. All orders will be shipped USPS, FedEx, or UPS within 2 – 3 business days unless backordered. Customer service is very important to us and we take pride in fast delivery.  If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returnable merchandise for refund, exchange or store credit (minus shipping/handling fees) if received back to us within 10 days from the date of delivery and in new, unused condition, (tags still on and with original packaging, has not been worn, washed, and is in re-sellable condition).  Shoe returns are only accepted in a case of manufacturer defect. Upon receipt of shipment, customer has up to 5 business days to make a claim of damaged shoes. No exchanges on shoes.

 

Returnable/Exchangeable Merchandise Guidelines

If you ordered returnable clothing or defected intimate apparel and wish to exchange or return, you can exchange it for another size or non-defected product, provided the item is in new, unused condition, (tags still on and with original packaging, has not been worn, washed, and is in re-sellable condition).  You are responsible for ALL shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us.  If you received the wrong item or the item was defective/damaged you will incur no additional shipping charges.

Certain items NOT eligible to be returned/exchanged unless defected are as follows:  All lingerie (lingerie is non returnable or exchangeable unless defected due to sanitary reasons), panties/underwear, stockings, bodystockings/hosiery, pantyhose, any item listed in the novelties category unless defected, also items on sale, reduced or clearance.  Shoe returns are only accepted in a case of manufacturer defect. Upon receipt of shipment, customer has up to 5 business days to make a claim of damaged shoes.  No exchanges on shoes will be excepted. 

 

Customer Responsibility

Thanks for understanding that due to the nature of our business, any returns for a full credit (less shipping and handling) will also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. It is advised for you to add delivery and/or signature confirmation to all return packages to safeguard package tracking. We will not be responsible for any packages lost in the mail routing system. If the package becomes lost in the mail routing system while attempting to return back to Sweet Treat Lingerie, it is the customer's responsibility to research/locate the lost package.

IMPT: Please inspect your order carefully. If your order arrives damaged or with a quantity discrepancy please let us know within 2 days from delivery date.  If no contact has been made regarding damage or quantity discrepancy in 2 days from delivery date, then your order is assumed to have arrived correct and sufficient. 

 

Our Procedure

For US Customers - Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

For International Customers - You will have to send us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping along with the authorization form and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

If you received free shipping on your order and decided to return it, actual shipping cost will be deducted from the purchase price to cover our shipping cost.

IMPT:  You must submit a Product Return form in the Customer Service/Returns section via our website to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us.  Please do not send in a return without a receiving a RMA number from us.  We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification or the inclusion of the authorization form.

Again, all returns and exchanges must be received within 10 days from the date of delivery to the return address that will be shown on the return authorization from.
